Anthony is a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Foot Locker, a position he has held since July 2023. Over his 10 years at Foot Locker, he has served in various roles, including Corporate Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and Associate General Counsel. He was also the Corporate Secretary at the Foot Locker Foundation from November 2020 to July 2024.

Prior to his time at Foot Locker, Anthony worked as a Managing Associate in Corporate & Securities at Dentons from November 2013 to October 2014. He was an Associate in Capital Markets at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP from May 2011 to November 2013, and he served as an Associate in Corporate & Securities at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from October 2008 to May 2011. Additionally, he was a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey from August 2007 to August 2008.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, graduating as Valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude, from Penn State University, where he also minored in Economics and Psychology.

Dyke Boese, currently director of enterprise infrasture and operations, will succeed Link.
Joining MDU Resources in 2005, and throughout her tenure, Link has been a pivotal member of the company overseeing information technology functions for the company and its business units. Named as the first chief information officer for MDU Resources Group in 2016, she has led the enterprise technology services function since 2007 and previously served as the assistant vice president of technology and cybersecurity officer. With her more than 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge in the information technology arena, Link also has contributed to the broader IT community through her roles on the board of the Information Technology Council of North Dakota and as a member of the State Information Technology Advisory Committee. Dyke is the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations at MDU Resources Group, Inc., a position she has held since April 2016. She began her career with the company in December 2009 as an Operations Supervisor, later advancing to Operations Manager. Prior to her time at MDU Resources, she worked as a System Administrator at WBI Energy from January 1999 to May 2006.
