Previously, he spent six years as an investment professional at Vestar Capital Partners, and prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dubbioso received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Mr. Nutting joins Revelstoke from Marlin Equity Partners, where he most recently served as Chief Capital Markets Officer focused on leading capital markets activities for the firm and its portfolio companies, overseeing credit investments and managing relationships with financing partners. Previously, Mr. Nutting was Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at The Gores Group, and prior to that, he spent over 12 years as an investment banker with Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and CIBC Oppenheimer. Mr. Nutting received his B.A. in Economics-Accounting, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. Matthew is a Partner at Revelstoke Capital Partners, a position he has held since September 2024. Prior to this, he was with New Mountain Capital from October 2017 to August 2024, where he served as Managing Director, Director, and Vice President. Michael is a Partner in Debt Capital Markets at Revelstoke Capital Partners, a position he has held since February 2024. He also serves as a Specialist at California State Guard, which he began in May 2024. Prior to these roles, he was at Marlin Equity Partners from April 2017, where he held the titles of Chief Capital Markets Officer and Advisor. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Marlin Technology Corporation from January 2021 to January 2023. Before that, he was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at The Gores Group from March 2009 until April 2017.

Michaels earlier experience includes nearly five years as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse from April 2004 to February 2009. He was also an Investment Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch from January 2000 to October 2001 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate at CIBC US from June 1996 to December 1999.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College (1993 - 1996) and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management (2002 - 2004).
