Nicholas is a Managing Director in Strategic Client Coverage for APAC Global Markets at Goldman Sachs, a position he has held since November 2024. From May 2021 to November 2024, he served as Head of Sales for APAC Equities in EMEA at Bank of America. Prior to that, he worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co from July 2006 to December 2019, where he held several roles including Head of Sales for Asia ex-Japan Equities and Co-Head of Sales for Asia Pacific Equities, both as Managing Director. He also served as Head of Hedge Fund Sales for Asia Pacific Equities and held various positions in Hedge Fund Sales, progressing from Vice President to Executive Director. Before his tenure at JPMorgan, he was a Hedge Fund Sales Vice President at Bear Stearns & Co from July 2004 to June 2006. Nicholas began his career as a Financial Analyst at Taishan Capital Corporation from January 2002 to June 2004.

He holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education (2020 - 2021) and completed Mandarin Chinese Language Study at Beijing Language and Culture University (2001 - 2002).
