Nicole is currently the Head Regional 1 at Swiss Re, a position she has held since July 2024. Prior to this role, she served in various capacities at Swiss Re, including Senior Client Underwriter, Senior Treaty Underwriter, Strategy Manager Americas, Vice President, Client Manager, and Business Services Expert - Team Lead. From September 2006 to November 2007, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the Association of Canadian Publishers. Nicole holds a Masters of Arts in History from the University of Waterloo (2002 - 2003) and completed a CIP, Chartered Insurance Professional program at the Insurance Institute of Ontario (2008 - 2010).

Prior to this, he held various positions at Phoenix Group, Britam, SulAmérica, and Hygeia HMO. His roles at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2012 included Global Head | CEO DB Private Equity, Global Head - Corporate Development - Investments, COO and Deputy Global Head of Corporate Development & Corporate Investments, CFO – Corporate Investments Division, and Director, Corporate Development. Before that, he worked as a Senior Manager at PwC from 1993 to 2000 and as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton UK LLP from 1990 to 1993. Christopher completed an MA, BA (Hons) in Law and History at the University of Cambridge and a Swiss Bank Auditor certification recognized by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission.
