Mitul is currently the Director of Central Banks Rates Sales at RBC Capital Markets since July 2024. Prior to this role, he worked at HSBC from May 2008 to July 2024, holding positions as an Associate in EMEA Sales Business Management and Central Banks & Sovereign Wealth Fund FX Sales. He completed a BSc Honours in Investment & Financial Risk Management at Cass Business School from 2004 to 2007.

- Mark completed his MEng in Manufacturing Engineering (MET) at the University of Cambridge from 2001 to 2006, and obtained a Master of Finance from INSEAD between 2008 and 2011.

- Paul has been a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at RBC Capital Markets since January 2020, having joined the firm in August 2011 as a Vice President in Metals & Mining before becoming a Director in M&A.
- Before RBC, he worked at BMO Capital Markets in Metals & Mining from July 2010 to July 2011 and at Pallinghurst Advisors Llp in the same sector from January 2009 to June 2010.
- Prior to his roles in finance, he served as an Article Clerk at Deloitte from January 2006 to December 2008.
