Mr. Cross is a Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA"), Certified General Accountant, and is a co-founder of Cross Davis & Company, a CPA firm that has focused on providing accounting and management services to publicly listed companies since 2010. His expertise includes Financial Statements, Management Discussion and Analysis, and Technical Accounting. Prior to this, he worked as an Accountant / Manager at Davidson & Company from September 2005 to May 2010, and as an Assistant Controller at Canadian Communication Products from March 2000 to September 2005. He also held positions at Jacobson Soda and Hosak CAs as an Accountant from September 1998 to March 2000, and at Martin Meeres Chartered Accountants as an Accountant from May 1997 to September 1998. David obtained his Certified General Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and completed his Certified General Accountant qualification.
