Barbara is currently serving as a Company Board of Managers at Milestone Environmental Services since February 2024. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at Chevron, culminating in her positions as Vice President of Innovation and President of Chevron Technology Ventures. Gary is a Senior Partner and Chairman at McKinsey & Company in North America. He joined the firm in August 1987 and has held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner for North America, Managing Partner for the Western United States, and global leader of the Private Equity and Principal Investing Practice, which he co-founded almost two decades ago. Prior to McKinsey, he served as an Operations Director at Dole Food Company and worked as an Associate at Bear Stearns. Gary holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School (1990 - 1992) and a BA in English and Quantitative Economics from Stanford University (1983 - 1987).
