Singtel

Gan is a Managing Director at Singtel, a role she has held since July 2020. She has been with Singtel for nearly 12 years, during which she has held several positions, including Vice President of mCommerce, Vice President of Consumer Sales, and Vice President of Mobile Marketing and Sales. Prior to this, she served as Deputy CFO at Optus from October 2010 to December 2012. Her earlier tenure at Singtel included roles such as Director of Product Marketing Postpaid, Director of Group Strategy, and Finance Director of Consumer Business. Gan began her career as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young from July 1996 to September 1999.

She holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

Group Chief Corporate Officer

Mark is the Deputy CEO at AIS - Advanced Info Services Plc, a position he has held since December 2022. Prior to this, he worked at Singtel from January 2013 to December 2022, serving as CEO (International) and GCTO. He was the Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Info Services Plc from October 2010 to January 2013. Mark began his career at Singapore Telecommunication Pte. Ltd in January 2001 as CEO (SingTel Global Offices), where he was later promoted to VP (Global Accounts) and EVP (Networks) before leaving in September 2010. He also served as Managing Director at Shinawatra Paging from February 1999 to December 2000.

Mark holds an Engineering Degree from Grande Ecole, France, specializing in Electronics at Grenoble INP - UGA (1985 - 1988). He earned an MBA in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (1995 - 1998).

Departure

Cheng is the Group Chief Corporate Officer at Singtel, a position she has held since April 2021. She joined Singtel in July 2014, previously serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Group Strategic Investments. Before this, she was the Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer at SMRT Corporation Ltd from July 2006 to May 2011. Her career began at Singapore Power Ltd, where she worked as Head and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from August 1996 to June 2006.

Cheng holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2001 - 2002) and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (1990 - 1993).
