- Carlo is the Chief Executive Officer at Nido since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as President and Head of Europe at CA Ventures, LLC from July 2018 to May 2024. Before that, he was the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors at Laurus Development Partners from November 2009 to December 2020. Additionally, he held the position of Managing Director at Optimum Asset Management from April 2016 to July 2018 and at Hines Europe from June 2002 to December 2009. He also worked as a Summer MBA Intern at Bank of America from April 2001 to September 2001. Before these roles, he was the Principal/Founder at O2 OverseasOffice from February 1997 to December 1999, and a Lead Project Architect at T.R Hamzah & Yeang Architects Sdn. Bhd from July 1995 to February 1997. He started his career as a Project Manager at Archa Spa from February 1994 to August 1995 and as an Assistant Architect on Site at DEGW from May 1992 to May 1993. Carlo holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business (2000-2002) and an MS in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino (1986-1993).
