Magnus is the Global Head of Strategy, Risk Capital Analytics at Aon, a role he began in January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Operating Officer for Reinsurance Analytics and held multiple positions at the Aon Center for Innovation & Analytics, including Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director. From December 2009 to February 2013, he was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank. Before that, he worked at KPMG from September 2005 to December 2009 as an Associate in Transaction Services, first in Manchester, UK, and then in Singapore.

Magnus is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the ICAEW and studied Economics at The University of Manchester.

Global insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has announced the appointment of Brian Gillin to its Cyber Reinsurance Solutions team as Managing Director - Cyber, Reinsurance, a New York based role. Gillin brings to his new role extensive experience in the cyber insurance industry. He has been part of Aon for over a decade, when he joined the company as Assistant Vice President in 2011. Since then, the executive has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility. In 2024 he was appointed Vice President and in 2029 he was named Senior Vice President - New York Team Leader. In 2020 he became SVP - East Region Leader, a role he held before being appointed Managing Director - East Region Leader. Commenting on Gillin appointment, David Grigg, Executive Managing Director, Reinsurance - Cyber, said: "Brian is no stranger to the cyber world having spent over 10 years with Aon advising insurance clients on managing and transferring cyber and technology risk. "Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and insights that I am looking forward to sharing with our reinsurance clients."

Brian is a Managing Director at Aon, a position he has held since October 2024. He has previously served in five roles at Aon, including Managing Director and East Region Leader, Senior Vice President and East Region Leader, Senior Vice President and NY Team Leader, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. Before joining Aon, he worked as Of Counsel at Graham Curtin, P.A. for 1 year and 10 months from January 2009 to October 2010. Additionally, he was an Associate at Myers Wolin, LLC from March 2008 to October 2010.

Brian earned his J.D. in Intellectual Property from Albany Law School (2004 - 2007) and holds a B.A. in English, History, and Philosophy from Lehigh University (1999 - 2003).

Jared is the Chief Technical Officer at Aon ISB, a position he has held since June 2017. He joined Aon in January 2008 as the Director of Risk Engineering. Prior to this, he worked as a Principal Satellite Engineer at Intelsat from February 2005 to December 2007. His career began at Fisher & Paykel as an Electronics Engineer from July 2003 to December 2004, and he was a Mission System Engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems from November 2001 to July 2003.

Earlier in his career, Jared served as a Shift Manager at Sirius Satellite Radio from April 2001 to November 2001, and as an In-Orbit Test System Engineer at Space Systems Loral from July 2000 to March 2001. He also worked as a Mission System Engineer at Hughes Space and Communications from June 1997 to June 2000.
